On 08/22/2018, CPD units were dispatched to Giant on Wayne Ave. Witnesses observed a female enter into a vehicle and remove a bookbag valued at $30. The female was identified as Rachel Brodbeck, from photographs taken by the victim. Brodbeck was later arrested for theft from a motor vehicle.
