George D. Turner, Waynesboro, has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substance and one count of restrictions on alcoholic beverages after police were dispatched to check the area of E. Fifth Street on April 8 at 5:30 p.m.
George R. Taylor, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia along with numerous traffic offenses after a traffic stop was conducted on April 8 at 11:32 a.m. on Anthony Highway.
David A. Overby, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of theft by unlawful taking after a cell phone was not returned to its owner after police received a report on March 31 at 4:37 p.m. on S. Church Street.
