Kydell Quivers turned himself in to the Chambersburg Police, after a warrant had been issued for his arrest in connection with a Robbery and Simple Assault.
Capo was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be impaired and incapable of safe driving. He was subsequently arrested for DUI.
Police responded to a single vehicle accident, at the Chambersburg Hospital's parking lot. The driver, Deborah Cutler, was found highly intoxicated and subsequently charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Charges:

Police were notified, by Franklin County Adult Probation Officers, that during their routine duties they found Jennifer Walker in possession of a controlled substance. Chambersburg Police filed additional charges against Walker, who was turned back over to Adult Probation.
The suspect was arrested following a traffic stop where the suspect led police on a short chase and then fled her vehicle on foot . She was later apprehended on Lantern Lane.
