On 8-5-2018 a bicycle was located on the rail-to-trails adjacent to 800 block of S Main St.. The owner of the bicycle can retrieve it at the Chambersburg Police Department.

Case Status:

Trevor A. Clipp-Shuck, Hagerstown, has been charged with one count each possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on July 21 at 12;14 a.m. on W. Main Street.
Tiffany J. Brown, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count of retail theft after a report was made by a business on July 12 at 2:04 p.m. on E. Main Street.
A warrant has been issued for Thomas E. Knotts, Jr., Hagerstown, Maryland, who has been charged with one count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after a report was made with police on June 30 around 5:45 p.m. on W. Sixth Street.

Kump was found highly intoxicated, in a public area, after police received complaints of his welfare. Kump was cited and released to a friend.
During a domestic argument, Jose Negron-Roche struck a female victim in the face, damaging her glasses and causing redness around her nose where her glasses had impacted her face. Negron-Roche was charged with Harassment.

Charges:

During an altercation with her boyfriend, Lakeshia McElroy physically struck the victim in the head several times, causing a laceration and other injuries.
While police were checking the parking lot, at 1025 Wayne Ave, for a male selling gold chains from his auto, they made contact with Tyris Ford. During that contact police found Ford in possession of Marijuana. Ford was subsequently arrested and charged for the Misdemeanor offense.
Michael J. Davis was arrested and charged with Theft from a Motor Vehicle. A witness observed Davis exit his vehicle in the Giant Shopping lot, Wayne Ave. He approached the victims' vehicle and unlawfully removed his trailer hitch, taking it and leaving the scene. The witness gave police Davis'...
