On 6/26/2018 at approximately 2015 hours, Chambersburg Police responded to the Sheetz on Monticello Ct for a report of retail theft. Shyrone Juray was identified as the suspect who took (4) Zag Nut chocolate candy bars valued at $5.16 without paying for the items. Juray was charged for the theft.

Police witnessed Cruz-Lopez driving at night without headlights. A traffic stop was made and Cruz-Lopez was found to be impaired and incapable of safely driving. Cruz-Lopez was eventually released to family and charges for DUI were filed.
