Samuel Butler was arrested at 1071 Wayne Ave after CPD patrol units responded to a drug overdose incident at Denny's Restaurant. Butler was found to have supplied the overdose victim with heroin.The victim in the drug overdose was transported to the Chambersburg Hospital and is expected to recover.
