On 7-14-19, Chambersburg Police responded to a reported fight in the roadway on Orchard Dr at S Main St. Matthew Gipe, of Chambersburg, was charged with Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment as a result of the altercation. A juvenile was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
