On 1-13-17 at approximately 0116 hrs a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle being driven by Ashley D. Schooley for a traffic violation. Schooley was found to be intoxicated and was arrested for DUI. Charges were filed through District Court 39-2-01.

On 11/02/2016 CPD units were informed that there were two child sized bikes laying near the highline on E. Ludwig Ave. The bikes were taken and entered into the CPD bike yard. Anyone wishing to claim the bikes should come to the CPD with proof of ownership.
