On 05/06/2017 at approximately 0150 hours, Chambersburg Police stopped Peguero on Lincoln Way West after some traffic violations. Peguero was found to be under the influence of alcohol and subsequently arrested for DUI with a BAC of .17% and Driving Without a Valid License.

On 6-10-16 at approximately 0053 hrs, a traffic stop was conducted in the 800 Block of Broad St. During the investigation a passenger in the vehicle, Arkell R. Dennis, was found to be in possession of crack cocaine. He was subsequently arrested with charges being filed through the District Court.
On 06/20/16, charges were filed agaisnt Susan L Bender and Christopher A Smith for Theft by Unlawful Taking. Smith and Bender were both employees of Subway and were stealing money from the restaurant for an extended period of time.
On 06/22/16 CPD units were dispatched to the 300 block of E Liberty St for an active domestic dispute. Police investigated and Shawn R Robinson was placed under arrest for simple assault. The victim of the assault was taken to the Chambersburg Hospital for medical evaluation.
