UPDATE: SUBJECT APPREHENDED 7/24/18 Multiple warrants have been issued for Jose A. Leon, Jr., Waynesboro, who has been charged with 2 counts of retail theft after several items were reported stolen on June 16 and June 21 from a business on S. Potomac Street.
